If you want to identify me, ask me not where I live, or what I like to eat, or how I comb my hair, but ask me what I am living for, in detail, ask me what I think is keeping me from living fully for the thing I want to live for.

Using lighted wires, Gabey simulates sound waves which undulate and vibrate in accordance with the ambient noise emanating around them. I’m not positive, but I’m pretty sure this is what opens the dimension that Gozer the Traveler resides in.

These stunning nebula images are actually created with lamp light
At first glance, these brilliant photos might appear to be shaky images of a distant nebula, but that’s just a clever illusion. Photographer Fabian Oefner actually created these images using fiberglass lamps, Photoshop, and a bit of ingenuity.

You are not accidental. The world needs you. Without you, something will be missing in existence and nobody can replace it.

Via Systema SaturniumMilky Way Over Piton de l’Eau
Image Credit & Copyright: Luc PerrotExplanation: Sometimes, if you wait long enough for a clear and moonless night, the stars will come out with a vengeance. One such occasion occurred earlier this month at the Piton de l’Eau on Reunion Island. In the foreground, surrounded by bushes and trees, lies a water filled volcanic crater serenely reflecting starlight. A careful inspection near the image center will locate Piton des Neiges, the highest peak on the island, situated several kilometers away. In the background, high above the lake, shines the light of hundreds of stars, most of which are within 100 light years, right in our stellar neighborhood. Far in the distance, arching majestically overhead, is the central band of our home Milky Way Galaxy, shining by the light of millions of stars each located typically thousands of light years away. The astrophotographer reports waiting for nearly two years for the sky and clouds to be just right to get the above shot.
